Job Description
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is looking to hire a Multi-Functional Quality Engineering Associate Manager to support our Chelmsford, MA site.
The selected candidate will be responsible for :
- Managing members of the quality team & responsible for successful execution of services such as Calibration, Documentation, Capital equipment planning / tracking and other similar services.
- Responsible for employee resourcing, development and performance management of quality engineering resources.
- Acting as direct interface with external suppliers, vendors and internal customers.
Desired skills
- Active security Clearance
- Experience in Calibration activities
- AS9100 Audit activities
- Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and / or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T).
- Strong Microsoft, SAP, PLM experience.
- Experience in failure analysis, corrective action, and presenting to top level management.
