Multi-statedesign firm is seeking a Roadway Project Manager for their team in Phoenix!
Responsibilities :
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Track / monitor project progress to manage financial budget and schedule
- Manage complex contract negotiations
- Assemble / manage project teams
- Serve as primary contact for clients / team
- Manage change requests / implement strategies to minimize negative impactson the project
- Review work to ensure high-quality work is performed
- Build / maintain client relationships
- Document all project deliverables / maintain project records(correspondence, design plans, and other related files)
- Mentor / train junior staff
- Ensure regulations are followed and enforce safety standards
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 7+ years of highway / municipal design experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
- PE License
- Experience with MicroStation and / or AutoCAD Civil 3D
