Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary : $30.00-$33.00 / hr commensurate with experience
- Shift Differentials :
- Night Shift : $1.00
- Weekend Nights : $3.00

Shifts :
PRN Night Shift (12-hour)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee nursing care during your assigned night shift, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to residents.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
- Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care needs and updates.
Qualifications :
- Valid North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Experience in a leadership role as a charge nurse or similar is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with compassion.
