LHH is currently recruiting for VP of Finance role in the Portland metro area. This is a newly created role to join a respected organization.
This role will work with their current CFO, and eventually move into the CFO role when they retire (expected in 2025). Personality and management skills will play a big part in hiring the right person for this role.
This will be a hybrid role so NO FULLY REMOTE individuals need apply!
Job Functions :
Oversee all the finance areas; accounting and credit departments
Work with executive team on all financial strategies and forecasting for company growth
Oversee all the banking relationships, budgets, forecasting, reporting and compliance areas
Review, develop and implement new policies and procedures
Inventory forecasting
Develop new data dashboard to assist with forecasting, analyze trends, budgeting for all divisions within the company
Will oversee Credit and IT areas
Company is currently around $200m in revenue, hoping to be around $500m within the next couple of years
Ideal Profile :
Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance or related; CPA a+
10+ years financial experience including supervisory having an accounting background preferred
Strong management skills someone who can be hands-on in a mentoring and positive approach, able to train and implement new procedures, able to give direction in a professional manner
Strong ability and knowledge to work with and improve on systems abilities
Good communication skills able to communicate and interact well with executives, accounting staff and non-finance staff as needed
Good time management skills; can manage their work and staff to meet deadlines as needed
Salary - $200k - $220k base + bonus
