About this role
Responsible for the administration and leadership of the assigned IT Client Support Services Team. Manages second level support and technical assistance for College technology.
Measures performance to ensure Service Level Agreements are met. Provides support and technical assistance to clients at a specific campus location.
Functions in an on-call capacity in response to hardware, software and systems repair needs during normal business hours or instances where the college is closed.
What a day of a Client Services Manager looks like :
Analyzes technical problems with multimedia systems and equipment and performs major repairs.
Performs technical set-up for video, audio and multi-image presentations and provides technical support.
Presents or assists in presenting College information through radio or television broadcasts. Videos and audiotapes live college events, programs, and live stream events.
Establishes conditions calculated to inform and stimulate faculty, administrators, and students in making appropriate and innovative use of educational media.
Researches, plans, develops, and promotes multimedia materials, equipment, and hardware systems used in support of educational and administrative programs as they exist or evolve.
Designs and documents complex media systems, equipment specifications, and room layouts.
Provides support oversight for Windows and Macintosh desktop computers, AV systems, and other endpoint technologies.
Plans, administers, and takes physical inventories of equipment or material. Researches and recommends purchase of systems, equipment and / or materials.
Coordinates the activities of one or more staff. Assists in scheduling and administrative requirements. This may include student workers, part-time, full-time, temporary, and / or volunteers.
Participate in and manage all phases of a project from concept to system implementation and user training. Support, troubleshoot and repair all types of computer-based hardware, software and peripherals including local / network printers.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or related experience in lieu of education
Four years of related experience, to include supervisory experience
Knowledge of :
Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications
Basic networking concepts
Crestron control systems
Skilled in :
Effective customer service
Good verbal and written communication
Detail oriented
Strong time management
Multitasking capabilities
Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements :
Valid Florida driver’s license
Preferred, but not a must :
Knowledge of :
Knowledge of AV control systems
Ability to :
Understand signal flow diagrams, to load program code and troubleshoot system components

The minimum base pay range for this position starts at $55,208.00 - $60,728.80 annually; however, the offer may vary based on the candidate’s education and experience.
