CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST

The Role : Onboarding Specialist

Our client is looking for a dynamic Client Success Specialist to join their corporate accounts team! In this role, you will be the friendly face (or voice) that welcomes new users to their platform and ensures a smooth, engaging onboarding experience.

You'll work closely with new clients to understand their needs, provide platform guidance, and set them up for success from day one.

Key Responsibilities :

• Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform
• Conduct virtual onboarding sessions, training, and product demos
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align on client needs and goals
• Proactively engage with new users to answer questions and provide support
• Track and monitor onboarding progress, identifying opportunities to improve the user experience
• Collect feedback and work with product teams to enhance platform features and usability

What We're Looking For :

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for technology and helping others succeed
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and a sense of fun-because we're all about growth and enjoying the journey!
