Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and emailPerform outbound calls to re-engage customers and guide them through the loan processIdentify trends impacting client experience and communicate operational issues to relevant teamsRequired QualificationsA Bachelor's degree (preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume call center environmentExperience using CRM tools, like Salesforce (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to share insights and feedback with leadership
