Job Title : Interview Coach (US Citizen Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities :
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to prepare clients for interviews, including behavioral, technical, and case interviews.
- Provide personalized feedback on clients' interview performance, including their responses, body language, and presentation.
- Assist clients in developing and articulating their personal brand, key achievements, and career goals.
- Develop customized interview preparation plans and resources based on clients' specific needs and job targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interview techniques and job search strategies.
- Facilitate mock interviews to simulate real-life interview scenarios and help clients build confidence.
- Offer support in resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and other job search-related activities as needed.
- Track client progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout the interview process.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Career Counseling, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.
g., Certified Professional Resume Writer) are a plus.
- Experience in career coaching, recruitment, or a similar role with a focus on interview preparation.
- Strong understanding of interview techniques, job search strategies, and employer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Empathetic and client-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote coaching sessions.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
