Responsibilities
- Drive Honeywell’s strategy and roadmap for RFID in our target verticals, retail, Warehouse / DC and Transportation and Logistics, identifying the core solution set and key requirements
- For products that are directly managed by the candidate, drive all aspects of the product life cycle from concept to end-of-Life
- Where products are managed by others, use technology and market expertise to provide leadership to maintain a cohesive and effective portfolio
- Develop and execute plans addressing product, pricing, channel, messaging and competitive positioning; working closely with regional marketing teams on launch and promotion
- Define and gain executive approval for roadmaps, strategies, policies and plans
- Work with Sales and Corporate Communications to convert and promote the offerings
- Work with planning, regional marketing and factory teams to ensures product availability while minimizing inventory costs
You Must Have :
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager of a technology offering for retail, warehouse / DC (WHDC) and / or transportation and logistics (T&L)
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
- Experience managing UHF-passive RFID hardware and / or software

- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, MBA preferred
