The Administrative Assistant serves as an assistant to the Director of Woodside Place and the Dementia Center of Excellence and may also provide office support to other staff as needed.

What we are looking for :
We need an organized individual who will help our Network leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents;
someone who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships.
Our Administrative Assistants are required to :
- Have a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree (GED);
- Have a Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License;
- Maintain confidentiality of assignments and work well under pressure of deadlines;
- Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and the ability to multitask for several individuals;
- Be able to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
