PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Has ownership for solution development of a portfolio of complex, high impact products) and commercialization of new offerings that meet customer needs while creating new sources of income for Cencora and achieving goals set for new income sources.
  • En sures solution 'builds' are in alignment with overall business and Cencora strategy to achieve maximum return on committed or invested capital.
  • Leads collaboration with broader Health System and Government Services formulating effective new ideas and innovative processes for product development, product UI / UX design, marketing, branding, etc.
  • Recognizes and develops promising ideas and finds ways to introduce them into the company's future strategy map. Continuously evaluates ideas within the evaluation and development process and provides feedback to leadership on how to improve business decisions.
  • Keeps all new projects in line with the company's purpose and maintains consistency with the company's message and brand.
  • Within their solutions portfolio, follows customer responses to new ideas, tracks and analyzes the success of new programs, and adapts according to customer adoption.
  • Within their solutions portfolio, monitors research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings in the company's industry.
  • Provides feedback to leadership on the progress of innovation and recommends adjustments to the pace or direction of new projects as needed.

Collaborates with the Solution Commercialization expert to ensure successful implementation of and adherence to an innovation system.

  • Within their solutions portfolio, drives product enhancement based on current customer needs and feedback.
  • Performs related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Normally requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, sales, product management, marketing or similar vocations obtained through completion of bachelor's degree program;

Master's Degree (MBA or MHA) preferred; requires a minimum of 6 + years related experience, such as lifecycle product management.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :

  • Strong organizational agility
  • Define and develop go-to-market strategies that enable successful organizational adoption of solutions to include positioning, messaging and pricing.

Demonstrated experience in managing and leading complex cross-functional Lean and Agile projects.

  • Ability to assess changing conditions, values and needs of the customer; ability to conceptualize (e.g., UI / UX), develop and lead the effort required to support change.
  • Must be capable of understanding and applying an industry-wide perspective on major trends, including customer, regulatory, technology, and distribution channel changes;

identifies implications for business unit initiatives.

  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and expresses ideas clearly, concisely and logically.
  • Ability to make balanced and insightful decisions.
  • Well organized with demonstrated success in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously and ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Atlassian (Jira), PowerBI, Salesforce and Figma product experience is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various management principles; solid understanding and support of AB policies, philosophy, goals and objectives in order to integrate a complementary management network

Salary Range*

$121,000 - 186,230

This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado / California / Washington / New York / Hawaii / Vermont / Minnesota / Massachusetts / Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
