Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Administrator at March Construction in Wayne, NJ . The Construction Administrator will be responsible for project coordination, construction administration services, communication, submittals, and project management.
Responsibilities include (not limited to) :
- Project planning : Assisting with project schedules, budgets, and ensuring projects are on track
- Communication : Keeping clients updated, communicating project issues to the design team, and coordinating site visits
- Quality control : Ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and enforcing quality control measures
- Cash management : billing, and invoicing, and monitoring cash flow
- Documentation : Maintaining work logs, job information sheets, and project team rosters
- Subcontractors : Assembling bid packages, overseeing the hiring process, and soliciting proposals and bids
- Closeout : Assembling the project closeout package, which includes warranties, equipment information, and contractor contact information
Qualifications :
- 3-5 Years of Construction Industry experience
- Knowledge of Procore
