We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Deep Foundations Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team.

This role is a critical leadership position, responsible for overseeing all aspects of deep foundation projects, including project management, quality control, budget management, contract negotiation, blueprint reading, and site management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, construction management expertise, safety compliance knowledge, team leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee all aspects of deep foundation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

2. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality control.

4. Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

5. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

6. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.

7. Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

8. Solve complex problems that may arise during the construction process.

9. Implement and oversee the company's safety policies and procedures.

10. Manage heavy civil and auger drilling operations.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

2. Proven experience in project management, quality control, budget management, contract negotiation, blueprint reading, site management, and problem solving.

3. Expertise in construction management, with a focus on deep foundations.

4. Knowledge of safety compliance standards and best practices in the construction industry.

5. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams.

6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.

7. Experience in auger drilling and heavy civil.

8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find effective solutions to complex challenges.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
