We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Product Designer with a strong focus on designing exceptional web and mobile applications.

As a digital product designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features and products for SROA’s growing portfolio.

You will work closely with our team of developers, marketers, and engineering managers to create high-quality and user-friendly products, ensuring the designs are not only visually engaging but also intuitive, functional, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design process for web applications, from concept to final implementation, ensuring consistency and a seamless user experience across all platforms
• Utilize visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research to create user-friendly, innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SROA products meet business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ready for implementation on time.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system that ensures consistency across multiple devices.
• Leverage analytics, A / B testing, and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the user experience of our applications.
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate the functionality and interaction design for SROA products.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years experience designing for any or all of the following : highly trafficked content-driven websites and / or native apps with a focus on conversion or large-scale experiences across multiple devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• A high level of competency and speed working in Figma.
• Strong skills in user research and UX research, with a user-centered design approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with developers, engineering managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across different initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments, flexibility to adapt to evolving design requirements and project timelines.
• A robust portfolio showcasing product design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Proven experience with mobile-first design principles and knowledge of native app design standards for iOS and Android.
• Expertise in designing responsive web applications that work seamlessly across devices.
• Ability to use data, analytics, and testing methods (e.g., A / B testing) to inform design decisions.
• Experience in designing complex web platforms or enterprise solutions is a plus.

For candidates in Colorado, the annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000. This range is estimated for this role and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance and individual performance. The deadline to apply for the position is November 1st, 2024.
