Position Overview :
As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team with customer outreach and sales activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and passionate individual who is eager to learn the ins and outs of residential sales while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments.
- Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a genuine passion for real estate and sales.
