An Inventory Control Clerk-2 will be an energetic, results driven professional capable of independently interpreting data with a high attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
As an Inventory Control Clerk-2, you will work within a corporate culture where Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration are the core values of success.
In this role, you will :
- Interpret and manipulate large volumes of data within Microsoft Excel, an inventory management software and third-party web portals.
- Audit inbound inventory shipments to identify delays and exceptions.
- Work directly with distribution partners to resolve inventory shipment exceptions and recover losses.
- Collaborate cross functionally to account for recoverable losses related to inbound inventory shipments.
- Collaborate cross functionally to audit and report out for inventory counts completed by our stores.
- Communicate information and / or tasks to large recipient groups through email and our task management system.
- Serve as inventory support, fielding internal calls and troubleshooting needs, both directly from the sales team and corporate support teams.
- Use independent judgment for performing inventory initiatives and processes.
- Maintain reporting tools in partnership with internal and external parties.
- Other job-related duties assigned by your manager.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

You should have at least 4-6 years of experience with knowledge of retail merchant and inventory management. Accordingly, we are looking for you to bring the following :
- Clear and professional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately.
- Exhibits the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments.
- Experience working within an inventory management software.
- Ability to independently stay on task.
