Work in one of today’s hottest industries digital media and interactive advertising.
Mirror Digital is a digital media company that specialized in targeting the fastest growing US consumer group, the multicultural market (Asian, Black, and Latinx communities).
We work with clients such as Universal Pictures, Disney Studios, AT&T, Lexus, and others to be their connection to hottest websites, digital video content, podcasts, and social media influencers.
Our campaigns and media partners include all things innovative in the advertising technology world.
We are looking for a self-motivated, fast learner who is eager to dive into our market and our fast-changing industry. We need an eager aficionado who is interested in Accounting and Bookkeeping experience.
Candidates need :
- 3-5 Years Accounting / Finance Experience
- Understand how to book journal entries, Accrued expenses, Prepaid Expenses, Deferred Revenue
- Bachelor’s Degree Focus on Accounting / Finance
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Documents
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Netsuite / QuickBooks online experience preferable
- Work availability between 07 : 00 AM and 06 : 00 PM PT
A typical day includes :
- Ad hoc assistance
- Reconciling Campaigns on Monthly Basis
- Generating / Updating monthly revenue reports
- Accounting balance sheet reconciliations
- Revenue reconciliations
- Email Responding and Management
- Inputting Data into QuickBooks / Netsuite (Bills for Vendors, Expense Reports, etc.)
