Responsibilities :
- Analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
- Assessing material, labor, and equipment requirements for each project.
- Collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure accurate estimates.
- Monitoring and updating estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing support to the sales team with pricing and bidding processes.
Minimum Requirements :
- 2-5 years of construction estimating experience, with a focus on flooring projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost assessments.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams and clients.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
