Admission Registration Specialists

Vaco is working with a client in Chicago, IL who needs an Admissions Registration Specialist to join their growing team.

The Admissions Regulations Specialist will be responsible for patient registration as well as data entry. This is a contract to hire position that is 100% onsite and paying up to $23 / HR.

Responsibilities :

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for consumers, visitors, and staff
• Ensure timely access to clinical staff for consumers' immediate needs
• Adhere to confidentiality policies, respecting the integrity of consumer-related information
• Implement safety and administrative procedures diligently
• Respond promptly to incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff
• Follow cash handling procedures for all collected monies, maintaining compliance with accounting standards

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
