About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sr Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations to oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of our GTM portfolio, inclusive of the GTM calendar, GTM processes and product specific GTM tracks.
In this role, you will work directly with the leaders of Merchandising, Design, Product Develop & Sourcing, and Planning to develop each seasons GTM calendar, holding all teams accountable to the key milestones and targets of the GTM process.
In service to our strategic growth plans, you and your team will be responsible for determining what tracks are required under the GTM umbrella to meet our organizational objectives.
You will work with cross-functional partners in both developing and operating these tracks, to ensure our GTM and product engine deliver products that will meet our business and consumer needs across the globe.
About The Job
- Lead, manage and align GTM Calendar / Milestones across functions at C-suite and leadership levels and work in-sync with Global and Regional leaders to facilitate all key market GTM milestones.
- Develop and publish the GTM calendar, and establish governance and tracking to GTM milestones, processes and timelines.
- Facilitate and foster ongoing and timely manner of communication to adhere to key milestones rollout plan for each product season.
Ensure smooth communication with regional teams on all major launches by scheduling timely meetings with regional teams.
- Drive cross-funcational accountability and discipline to key GTM related frameworks, KPIs and strategies, as means of ensuring critical business outcomes are delivered.
- Co-ordinate key deliverables from all stakeholders in the GTM milestone preparation process in a timely manner to adhere to key milestones for each product season.
- Work in partnership with IT and business teams to influence roadmaps, define requirements and obtain investment for key GTM applications and tools.
- Provide process and system training to improve professional skillset, in collaboration with Systems / Tools owners across cross-functional teams participating in GTM.
- Analyze industry best practices and conduct benchmarking related to product launches, incubations, and Go-To-Market approaches as means of improving ways-of-working
- Constantly enhance our GTM strategies and execution, inclusive of process optimization and creation of new GTM tracks based on changing business and assortment needs
About You
- 8-10 years relevant working experience (e.g. GTM lead, Merchandising Operations, Sales Operations, Sourcing Operations) in the retail sector, preferably with a fashion / lifestyle specific background
- Strong presentation / communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
- Proven project management and cross-functional stakeholder management experience across all levels of the organization
- Experience navigating matrixed environments in a constructive and collaborative manner, with ability to connect the dots’ across functions to solve or facilitate solutions to complex problems
- Ability to convey complex and unstructured concepts to a wide and diverse audience during key Go-To-Market milestone meetings
- Highly organized, with excellent organization skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Direct experience with managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables
- Experience in team management, including growing team, coaching, developing and mentoring

The expected starting salary range for this role is $173,000 to $262,600. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
