PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform various accounting tasks in PeopleSoft Assets and Projects utilizing new assets and retiring existing assets
- Create and submit monthly resource adjustments to the Accounting Department
- Running queries and reports
- Various assigned duties as provided by supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate / Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Excellent math, keyboarding, and PC skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task & work independently with close attention to detail
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to discretely handle confidential information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2- or 4-year degree in accounting or business-related field
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar business or enterprise accounting systems
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
This is a position within the Company’s collective bargaining unit with an hourly rate of pay of $23.07, $24.58 / hr after 6mos, and $26.35hr after 1 year.
