Responsibilities
- Translate data asks into reportable information using SQL (Postgres) and Power BI.
- Develop a deep understanding of an existing set up that involves SQL, Data Warehouses, and ETLs to meet requirements and solve issues.
- Prepare and analyze complex data sets in depth for discovery purposes, issues and trends / patterns identification for forecasting, sales management, and commission tracking.
- Make independent / educated judgements & recommendations regarding appropriate solutions.
- Maintain existing data visualization, particularly with respect to consistency, correctness, and ease of use.
- Identify issues and optimization opportunities. Work with other sales ops and systems team members to drive data-related interventions through to resolution.
- Create various data products, including delivery via visualization tools’ dashboards, reports, ad hoc data analysis, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.
Minimum Qualifications - Technical :
3+ years working experience in SQL
Proficiency in one or more reporting tools such as Power BI, BI Publisher, OAC, Tableau
Excellent data analysis skills (investigation, modelling, mapping, and gap analysis)
Very comfortable with relational technology
Comfortable with one or more database engines and dimensional modeling
Experience with mockups and wireframes
Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Salesforce and other ERP systems
Experience with databases such as mySql, Oracle, SqlServer, RDS, Synapse
Strong understanding of Reference and Master data

Python experience
BS / MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
Direct or indirect experience supporting sales teams
