Marketing Project Manager

Job Title : Marketing / Web Project Manager

Location : Fully onsite in Tustin, CA (local candidates will be considered)

Employment : Contract-to-hire

Compensation : $31.00 to 37.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary :

Partnered with a biomedical client who is seeking an experienced and adaptable Marketing Project Manager to oversee all graphic design, UX, and web development projects .

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are on track, managing resources efficiently, prioritizing initiatives, and streamlining communication across departments.

You will work closely with the marketing director and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful work.

Your ability to elevate team efficiency and improve workflows will play a critical role in the success of our creative and digital output.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in managing creative (graphic design), UX, and web development projects.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience improving project workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in QC and maintaining high creative and technical standards.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project timelines.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in project management, design, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus.
