Akkodis is seeking multiple Contact Center Agents for a fully remote job.

Pay Range : $17.20 - $17.20 / hour

Benefits : $5.36 / hour health and welfare benefits (*up to 40 Hours per week only)

Shift : Rotation Shift, timing between 7 AM to 12 AM - 7 Days a week (OT Paid at 1.5x the pay)

What you’ll do :

  • Conduct all calls with patience, tact, and courtesy to determine needs, and provide instructions and / or referrals.
  • Enter information into the client's Windows-based computer database as required, while following instructions and conducting a scripted interview.
  • Perform additional duties assigned based on the client's level of support to the events like Registration Intake, Helpline, performing outbound calls, and conducting document reviews.
  • Attend all scheduled shift meetings to receive event-specific information before beginning the shift.
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows-based systems.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (satellite-provided internet service will not qualify)
  • Ability to work remotely (from the comfort of your own home) in a quiet work environment free from distraction
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening
