Job Description
An employer is looking for a Procurement Specialist to work remotely in India. This Procurement Specialist role supports the Procurement organization relating to all spend analytics and reporting matters, with a focus on continuous cost take-out within strategic procurement.
Looking for something with general and specific analytics / procurement related functions as well as financial and operational reporting.
Responsibilities include :
Preparing Purchase Requisitions in Netsuite
Sending Items for Signature
Filling
Sending Approval Reminders
Helping to Resolve PO and Invoice Discrepancies.
Responding to email inquires to vendors and company's requestors
Support and align with US PST hours (at least 4 hours)

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement operations
- Strong understanding of Accounting
- High attention to detail and effective communicator
- Experience with excel for creating spreadsheets
Has experience working closely with IT Space
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Expertise using Google Suite like G-mail, Google Sheets and Slack
Expertise using NetSuite
