Data Entry Specialist

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with data organization and administrative tasks. This role involves reviewing and organizing several years' worth of training data, identifying the types of trainings each participant attended, and preparing data for migration to a new platform.

Once the data is thoroughly cleaned and organized, the candidate will be responsible for entering all relevant information into our content management system to ensure accurate display on our website locator.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and organize historical training data, categorizing the types of trainings attended by each individual.
• Clean up outdated listings and coordinate with current contacts to prepare for migration to a new platform.
• Accurately enter cleaned and organized data into the content management system, ensuring proper formatting and display on the website.
• Provide support by contacting representatives and following up on listings, as needed.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Proficiency in data mining, data management, and data organization.
• Strong data entry skills, including proficiency with 10-key typing.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on phone communication and follow-ups.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex tasks, prioritize work, and work independently.

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
