Facility Maintenance Technician / Laborer
- Experience or ability to learn how to operate forklift
- Ability to operate work vehicles and mules
- Must be able to utilize mechanical tools and electrical tools
- Ability to perform minor maintenance activities
- Distribute water and some equipment / supplies throughout the site
- Debris and litter removal
- Ability to use hand tools
- Hang white boards, tv’s, pictures, etc.
- Move furniture
- Assemble cubicles
- Perform safety inspections on fire extinguishers and eye wash stations
- Room set ups
- Deliver totes and relocate people from office to office
- Deliver and fuel the generators and equipment on site
- Assemble chairs and desks
- Power wash the asphalt or concrete
- Hang signs
- Ice machine maintenance
- Filter changes
- Escort vendors on site performing work evolutions
Work hours :
6am to 3 : 30 Monday-Friday
6am to 4 : 30 Monday-Thrusday with Friday off
Qualifications / Education / Experience :
- High School or educational equivalent preferred
- 2 plus years laborer experience preferred
- Must be able to pass background / drug screen
- Must be 18 years old to apply
