Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintenance and Repairs : Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial cooking equipment and appliances, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnostics : Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with a variety of kitchen appliances, using advanced tools and techniques.
• Installation Support : Assist with the installation of new cooking equipment and appliances, ensuring all components are correctly set up and functioning.
• Customer Service : Interact with clients to explain issues and solutions, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
• Compliance : Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a service technician for commercial cooking equipment or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
