As a ProductLine Manager doubling as a Program Manager youll be at the helm ofprioritizing resources ensuring product quality swiftly resolvingdefects identifying growth opportunities and supporting captureteams.
This role is vital to the operational success of all productand programspecific tasks and IRAD initiatives for productdevelopment and enhancement.
PositionHighlights :
- Achieve all orders sales profit and financialgoals at the product line level.
- Providevisionary leadership and product managementexpertise.
- Direct the Product Line Team inaccordance with existing policies procedures orcontracts.
- Identify requirements for PLAPIR&D B&P and P&E support.
- Ensuretimely accurate and complete reporting of product line status risksand challenges to program offices and businessleadership.
- Manage the Product Line AccountingPlan and own the Product Line ManagementPlan.
- Represent the future of the product inmeetings with business management.
What Were LookingFor :
- ABachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering ComputerScience or a related field.
- Experience leadingcrossfunctional teams with a focus on quality / technical aspectsschedule and cost performance.
- Proven successin working with supply chain productionteams.
- Strong problemsolving skills withexperience in root cause and correctiveaction.
- Proficiency in risk identification andmanagement.
- Experience working with suppliersand subcontract management.
- Ability to obtain aSecret Clearance.
- Must be a U.S.citizen.

- Experience with proposals including preparationINAR EPP and / or negotiations.
- Knowledge ofcommercial and DoD contracting and / ornegotiating.
- Strong organizational planning andtime management skills.
