Physical Therapist

Serendipity Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Physical Therapist who excels in delivering patient care. In this role, you'll conduct thorough evaluations, devise comprehensive treatment plans, implement effective treatments, offer patient education, and actively contribute to discharge planning.

Your focus will be on optimizing the functional level of each patient, ensuring personalized and attentive care.

Responsibilities :

• Conducts patient evaluations, administers treatments, and monitors progress. Adjusts therapy programs and goals as needed.
• Ensures accurate and thorough clinical documentation in a timely manner, including precise entry of charges. Demonstrates knowledge of reimbursement related to the practice setting.
• Effectively communicates with patients, families, departmental colleagues, and members of the medical care team. Offers education to patients, families, and staff.
• Supervises ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
• Advances clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and the implementation of evidence-based practices.
• Shares knowledge to enhance the clinical skills of colleagues. Adheres to organizational, national, and state regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains awareness of system goals and aligns personal goals and work activities to support or impact these goals.

Requirements :

• Demonstrates problem-solving skills necessary for the role.
• Exhibits effective communication skills and maintains professional and positive interactions with patients, their family members, and facility staff.
• Proven face-to-face synergy and leadership skills with all levels of the healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers.
• Proficient in computer knowledge, operating multiple computer systems, and standard Rehabilitation equipment.
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively while sustaining a high level of productivity.
• Demonstrates full awareness of residents' rights.
• Projects professionalism in presentation.

Qualifications :

• Completed an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed to practice without restrictions.
• Maintains good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• Possesses a working understanding of Medicare and other payer sources.
