Due to tremendous growth in our HVAC Department, Moyer Indoor Outdoor is looking for an organized, detail oriented Dispatcher for our Service Division.

As an HVAC Dispatcher at Moyer, these are the essential duties and responsibilities :
Prepare and communicate daily work schedule for service technicians
Learn and properly utilize software packages to maximize efficiency
Troubleshoot and solve issues
Must have an in depth knowledge of company services and procedures to determine customer requirements.
Open and close accounts according to established procedures.
Observe, convey, contribute to and enforce all company rules and regulations including housekeeping, safety and confidentiality of information.
Be flexible and open to overtime as needed, especially during peak heating / cooling seasons
Be a TEAM PLAYER!
Experience and Qualifications we look for in a Dispatcher
Outstanding customer service skills
Experience with dispatch software
Demonstrated use of software programs
Dispatch experience highly desirable
