Legal Support Coordinator

Hours : Monday-Friday, Hybrid

Compensation : $68,000-$71,000

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Job Requirements :

Year(s) of Experience : 2-3 years of Legal Administrative / Executive Assistant experience

Education : Bachelor Degree preferred

Additional : Experience with InTapp is a plus. Proficiency in MS Suite and Adobe is required.

Experience with contracts is a plus.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing administrative support to our client's legal team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

How You'll Make an Impact :

  • Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to our client's legal team, including calendar management, proofreading legal documents, travel coordination, and managing expense reports.
  • Deadline Management : Ensure all legal deadlines are met, including those for subpoena responses, trademark filings, and government submissions.
  • Conflict Resolution : Assist in the conflicts process by entering checks, generating reports, and conducting intake reviews for new matters.
  • Documentation Management : Maintain integrity of data and records, update databases, and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Legal Document Preparation : Create legal documents, such as subpoena responses and objections, using

department templates for attorney review.

What You'll Need for Success :

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a legal support role, preferably in a big law environment.
  • Initiative : Desire to take initiative and actively contribute to team and firm success.
  • Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business operations and willingness to learn.
