As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of electrical systems for healthcare projects.
Your expertise will contribute to the success of projects that directly impact the quality of healthcare facilities and services.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in healthcare-related projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage electrical engineering projects for healthcare facilities from concept to completion.
- System Design : Develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Innovation : Bring innovative solutions to complex electrical challenges in healthcare environments, optimizing efficiency and performance.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough reviews and assessments to ensure the quality and reliability of electrical designs.
- Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project life cycle.
- Code Compliance : Stay abreast of industry trends, codes, and standards relevant to healthcare projects, ensuring compliance in all electrical designs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proven track record in the design and execution of electrical systems for healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical system analysis software.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards related to healthcare facilities.
