Responsibilities :
- 1.Responsible for the work related to generative model, including but not limited to : large-scale model pre-training, Prompt pre-training, and in-context learning;
- 2.Explore and follow up the cutting-edge technology, seek technical breakthroughs, and promote the improvement and breakthrough in AIGC;
- 3.Explore efficient knowledge embedding and online learning methods of large-scale model;
4.Explore prompt engineering and take full advantage of large models.
Requirements :
- degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, and other AI-related fields;
- 2.Proficient in Python, the deep learning framework TensorFlow or PyTorch;
- research and development experiences in large-scale model pre-training;
- the self-drive ability to define problems, analyze problems, solve problems;
strong research ability to publish high-quality papers at top conferences in the field of machine learning
The base pay range for this position in Washington is $145,800 to $317,900 per year.
Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.

Employees are also able to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan, 15-25 days of vacation leave per year (Vacation hours accrued based on years of service , 12 days of paid holidays, and 10 days of paid sick leave.

WashingtonThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $151,180 to $278,830 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
