Requirements :

Current and valid NP or PA licensure in Illinois
Access to insured, reliable transportation
6 months of prior NP or PA experience

Core Responsibilities :

Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information
Diagnose and treat acute health care problems
Recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions
Order and interpret diagnostic health tests
Maintain detailed patient records
Prescribe medications, as required
Educate patients on self-management of acute or chronic illnesses
