- Manages day to day clinical services of the community.
- Directly supervises clinical staff.
- Provides training and education to direct care staff.
- Reviews promotions, development plans, disciplinary actions and termination decisions ensuring consistency in the selection and retention of direct care staff.
- Manages care and services for each resident.
- Manages communication to residents and residents responsible party regarding care needs and healthcare appointments.
- Assesses potential new residents.
- Performs on-site evaluations of residents
- Leads meetings relevant to resident care issues, such as service plans.
- Routinely evaluates resident transfer and mobility needs.
