Portfolio Operations Coordinator Role
This role works with the Innovation Admin Portfolio team. They will help with general operations management and organize high level administrative tasks for the team.
Required :
- YEO with business operations management, Operations analyst, or Portfolio Operations Coordinator.
- Project management - tracking down deliverables, updating stakeholders on progress, can write content for executives.
- Sustain operating calendar and communicating to other teams they support, help with project planning, and allow the team to focus on other tasks.

Objective
To establish a Portfolio Operations Coordinator role that enhances the oversight, efficiency, and execution of portfolio management activities for team.
The coordinator will help support full team (director and portfolio managers) by specifically diving into the day-to-day operational excellence tasks, ensuring smooth flow of information across teams.
The Portfolio Operations Analyst will work closely with portfolio managers and other team members to support the day-to-day operations of the team.
This role involves data analysis, milestone tracking and reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency between the two teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Enablement of Team Communication : Act as a key point of contact between portfolio managers to ensure timely and effective communication.
Provide regular updates and reports to manager and team members. Ensure clear and proactive communication.
Operational Coordination : Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of daily portfolio operation. Assist in the preparation of operational documentation and materials for meetings, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in operational processes, working closely with teams to resolve issues.
Process Improvement : Develop and implement process improvements that enhance communication and workflow efficiency within the team and across departments.
Organize regular feedback sessions with internal teams to identify areas for operational enhancement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- years of experience in an operational, client-facing, or support role in a financial or business setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable in ambiguity
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders. Preferred Skills :
