JOB SUMMARY : The Manager of Entertainment must be Self Motivated and Self- Managed. They will perform the duties of Front of House / Audio 1 for internal Day to Day Live performances and occasional external client / tenant needs as applicable.
Responsible for assisting in design, equipment selection and programming the Entertainment A / V Systems for various Projects, Events and Entertainment Venues.
In addition, responsibilities on occasion will include, trouble shooting, diagnosing, and resolving network issues, I.E.
Dante, QSC, Crestron, etc. Overseeing crews to install, operate and strike A / V equipment & staging.
Sharing Best Practices, based on experience and direction is imperative. This position will report to the Senior Director of Programming - Entertainment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordination and Execution of all Entertainment live performances and Event activations working in tandem with the Property General Manager, Maintenance & Security Teams, etc.
- Audio Engineer for Day-to-Day Operations of live performances
- Anticipate audio / lighting / video equipment challenges and changes in a timely and professional manner.
- Position will supervise personnel to assist with events on a case by case basis.
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, safety, security, and quality assurance of audio / lighting / video equipment in accordance to TEG brand standards.
- exceed the expectations and needs of both internal and external clients and customers.
- Enforce The Entertainment Groups standards for the team to portray a polished and professional image.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established TEG policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement

REQUIREMENTS Co mpetencies, skills, attributes, experience, licenses, certifications, required)
- 5 years minimum previous supervisory experience with entertainment / event operations.
- High school degree or GED.
- Able to adhere to all attendance and appearance guidelines.
- Ability to Manage Talent and Teams off our and larger.
- Stay current on industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and oral in English.
- Basic mathematics skills with practical application
PREFERRED Competencies & qualifications :
- Technical School or an associate degree (AA)
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience in the Entertainment Industry
