Eliot is seeking an energetic, positive, professional individual to recruit high-quality clinical and paraprofessional candidates for behavioral health and social service settings.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to represent a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to serving vulnerable populations in Massachusetts.
As part of the recruitment team, you will collaborate directly with hiring and senior managers to attract employees using social media and various employment and recruiting platforms
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, facilitate, and conduct phone, video conference and in person interviews
- Maintaining accurate and diligent candidate and search materials
- Intellectual Curiosity and Interest in Recruiting
- Manage and Post jobs on internal and external job boards
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout all aspects of hiring process
- Develop and implement creative and innovative recruitment and retention strategies
Qualifications :
- Experience with UKG / Ultipro / Recruiting Gateway
- Experience recruiting in non-profit, mental and behavioral health field
- BA and at least three years of experience or a combination of experience / education totaling 7 years is acceptable
- Attention to Detail
- Exception Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high volume of applicants
- Strong knowledge of social media, employment and recruiting platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and creative
Salary position
Schedule : Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm
Location : Office in Lexington, MA with Hybrid schedule
Reports to : Director of Recruitment and Employee Engagement
