THE JOB :
The Operations Supervisor will support all Entertainment Operations Managers in day-to-day operations of the theater.
THE STARTING RATE : $
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Staff and supervise event related contingent labor for theater with the Venue Manager and the Production Manager
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all departments on property and its vendors
- Coordinate Talent transportation, rooming, and escort needs with the Entertainment Manager
- Assist in the execution of special project implementation and installations
- Create, refresh, organize and maintain records and reports as pertaining to event finance, accounting, staffing and ordering
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Prior experience working with different faucets such as : entertainment, events, production, artists, and guests
- Experience handling theatrical labor vendors
- Experience with scheduling and navigating temporary labor
- Working in similar resort setting
