To thrive as an Order Puller,you must be physically able to lift between 40 and 75lbs, repeatedly, all day.The job is not hard to master, but it is physicallydemanding,and you should be working and lifting safely at all times.
Being reliable with our attendance expectations isrequired, as is a high school diploma. Youdon’tneed anypreviousexperience inpaintor warehousing.

In this role,you’reone of the most critical people in the operation. Each day you will fill ordersutilizinga scanner gun.
After scanning, you will manually lift the cases or buckets onto pallets and then use a rider jack to deliver the pallets to the loading department.
You will work in a safe,timely, andaccuratemanner to keep ourshippingdepartment running smoothly, keep the drivers on schedule, and allow us to getpaintinto stores that depend on us.
Here’swhatwe’relooking for from you :
Attendtraining. Youwon’tbe out on the floor pulling orders until you are fully trained. You’llbegin with lots of safety training and othereducation.
Safety. We have a meeting and do stretches at the beginning of each shift to warm up and get ready to safely liftpaintall day.
You will be required to wear proper safety equipment, includingsteel toedshoes at all times.We’revery proudof our safety record and want you to be part of that.
Heavy lifting. The orders come to you electronically and you will pull cases or buckets ofpaintand load them by hand onto pallets.
Cases weigh about 40lbsand buckets are 75 lbs.
A clean facility. You may have worked in dusty or grimy warehouses before, but we pride ourselves on how clean our facility is.
We appreciate your help keeping it clean.
Diploma or GED. A high school diploma or GED isrequired.
Here’swhat we offer you :
Order Pullers start at $18.50 / hr. Team members will receive a $1 / hrincrease at 6 months of employment and another $1 / hrincrease at one year of employment.
