ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC. is scouting a full-time Residential HVAC Service Tech to save the day for our clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing their heating and cooling systems in the Orlando, FL area.

Our Residential HVAC Service Techs earn $55,000-$85,000 / year with the potential to earn even more , and receive excellent benefits which include healthcare with 50% covered by ServiceOne, dental, vision, supplemental insurance access, paid time off (PTO), an employee tool account program with matching contribution, company-provided uniform shirts, hats, and jackets, as well as industry-leading training, and a retirement plan with company match! QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC service experience
- Has necessary hand tools (gauges, leak detector, micron gauge, multimeter / amp clamp, refrigerant scale, etc.)
- Flexibility to work overtime, and join an on-call schedule for evening / weekend services
- A clean driving record
