About being our Marketing Coordinator
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll work in a team-oriented environment to support our Marketing Teams in Arizona, California, Utah and Washington.
You will play a crucial role to support our pursuit and proposal efforts from inception to completion, which includes compiling and coordinating content, writing copy, formatting, editing, printing, and assembly of proposal packages, and interview presentation materials in accordance with client requests.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining collateral such as resumes and project descriptions in Psomas' Unanet CRM and participate in other marketing activities.
Our Marketing Team is supported by our Communications Team that provides company-wide assistance including, but not limited to, internal and external communications, graphics support, templates, branding, social media, public relations, article writing, and website maintenance.
This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work schedule out of our Tucson, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives that showcase our expertise.
Responsibility Highlights for our Marketing Coordinator
- Analyze Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and / or Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and develop detailed pursuit matrices including key messaging and value proposition
- Work collectively with project teams to compile and coordinate content; draft and edit proposal materials, including project descriptions, key personnel resumes, and graphic concepts
- Coordinate with technical personnel to ultimately contribute to profitability and growth through the reduction of technical staff time spent on pursuits and proposals
- Contribute to the development of compelling and responsive presentations including developing presentation slides and participating in interview practice sessions
Minimum Qualifications to be our Marketing Coordinator
- 2+ years of experience in marketing professional services
- A demonstrated understanding of proposal task expectations, production organization, and effective prioritization
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with multi-discipline teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications for our Marketing Coordinator
- Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry
- Familiarity with Unanet CRM Software
