About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up Grand Junction, CO. As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing kitchen remodeling projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of kitchen remodeling and / or improvement projects from start to finish
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success
  • Facilitate cabinet orders, tracking and warehouse receiving
  • Proactively identify and resolve any project issues or challenges

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in the construction or home remodeling industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Computer knowledge : MS Office suite, Google / G suite, CRMs, project management software, BuilderTrend, Monday
  • At least 5 years of proven success as a project manager that can transform and optimize systems and processes
  • Things that excite you : numbers to the 16th of an inch, Gantt charts, time blocking, discipline, leadership, innovation, motivation
  • You love meeting and exceeding the expectations of our homeowner clients by anticipating their needs for information and guidance through the home improvement process
