Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our marketing team. This individual will use visual storytelling to engage, inform, and inspire audiences.

As a highly creative designer, they will transform conceptual ideas into compelling visual representations across both print and electronic media.

Our ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge of current design software and excels in every stage of the design process, from concept development to final deliverables.

They are a collaborative team player who can translate written or spoken ideas into designs that resonate. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of branding and marketing, adapting their style and layouts to suit various projects and target audiences.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with communication specialists and product marketing managers to develop digital and print design projects, including brochures, flyers, email blasts, invitations, presentations, advertising, event displays, campaign graphics, logos, research, infographics, marketing collateral, and short-form video projects.

Understand that visual communication is about effective messaging. Tailor designs to specific audiences and project objectives.

Adhere to existing brand guidelines and contribute to the development of new guidelines as the organization evolves.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of project management, approval processes, schedules, and deadlines. Deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Prioritize multiple projects effectively.

Design and animate motion graphics.

Maintain graphic design equipment and stay up to date with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office products, and Workfront project management software.

Manages agencies and contractors that create visual, graphic, and video support for internal and external needs

Manages and organizes our digital asset management system to ensure version control of assets and creatives

Possess solid experience in file preparation for both print and web, ensuring correct color formats and file integrity before final printing

Desired Experience & Qualifications

B.A. in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field

2+ years of experience in graphic design with a robust portfolio of work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

Strong skills in Microsoft Office

Solid understanding of composition, color, hierarchy, and balance

Analytical mindset

Effective organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail

Desire for continuous learning and skill development

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues

Experience with Mac-based computer platforms

Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus

Salary Range : $50,000-$65,000

This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
