Summary :

The Supervisor Lab Testing Program maintains knowledge of and compliance of CAP regulations; Coordinates daily operations and monitoring of pre-analytical testing and specimen procurement program for most disciplines of the lab;

Acts liaison between Lab technical department, draw stations, and various customer draw locations. Ensures staffing, training, competency assessments, interviewing and hiring and onboarding new staff.

Responsibilities :

Monitors daily quality of work flow and results, identify obstacles and assists is resolving. Coordinates daily operations and monitoring of pre-analytical testing and specimen procurement program for most disciplines of the lab.

Acts liaison between lab technical departments, draw stations, and various customer draw locations. Maintains CAP regulatory compliance.

Ensures staffing, schedules, interviews and on-boards new staff; Ensures competency assessments and ongoing compliance. Other duties as assigned.
