Timeline :

The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Your Day to Day :

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

Research and document tech startup vendors that solve specific problems for PGIM business and functional groups.

Conduct focused experiments to validate and showcase capabilities for select advanced technologies (like AI, automation, Big Data Analytics)

Facilitate #TheMoreYouKnow lunch-and-learns on key innovation trends in Asset Management

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change.

Your placement within the Innovation Launchpad Internship Program will be in the following area :

Innovation Launchpad Analyst

The Launchpad is a hub-and-spoke framework, platform and set of partnership resources for assisting PGIM affiliates and functional groups that leverage the external technology ecosystem (Tech partners, venture capitalists (or VCs), startups, universities, accelerators, and industry associations) to solve for authenticated business demand (needs) while pursuing opportunities for R&D, monetization and commercialization.

Required Qualifications :

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2025 and May 2027

Minimum 2.8 GPA required

Proficiency in the MS Office Suite : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Ability to understand and analyze emerging technology trends, benefits and risks.

Knowledge of investment accounting and of various investment instruments

Preferred Qualifications :

Preferred majors include Economics, Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business and Data Analytics, Computer Science, and / or related fields of study

Strong Communication, interpersonal leadership, and organizational skills

Client focused and result oriented work ethic

Ability to work independently and work as a member of a team.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Good relationship / partnership building skills and an appetite for continuous learning

Note : The salary range for this role is $26.00 to $30.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.

Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and / or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
