Support the transition to a new software system by entering and organizing data from various spreadsheets into a central program.
This is a full-time, temporary role with flexible hours, ideally starting between 7 AM and 9 AM, for a duration of approximately 2-3 months.
Open to candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week.

Description
- Input data from various sources into a master program with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Extract and convert information from scanned PDF documents (such as training rosters) into an Excel spreadsheet template.
- Upload the transcribed data into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create courses within the LMS and associate them with the relevant information.
- Ensure data consistency and maintain organized records throughout the process.
Profile
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Experience with PDF documents and digital document conversion is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines.
