Volt is immediately hiring for Team Lead in Colorado Springs, CO.

As an Team Lead, you will :

• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Reviews work orders to estimate each employee hours and create machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs, eliminating overtime.
• Ensure supplied materials flow to process to avoid stock-out / shortages / line stoppage / waiting
• Create and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products that fail to meet standards.

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

2+ years of manufacturing experience working as a team lead / supervisor

Hours : 4pm to 1230am

Days : Monday to Friday

Pay Rate : $20-$24 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
