We are looking for a talented Automotive Business DevelopmentManager to join the Automotive Business unit to leadprojects with Top Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers from productdevelopment to serial production.

Responsibilities :
- Lead highinterest technologyprojects from product development to serial production with TopAutomotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers globally and align andcollaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders ontechnical feasibility quality and targetcost.
- Build realistic project plans and budgetsand ensure that all milestones and objectives aremet.
- Support the implementation and continuousimprovement of effective projectmanagement.
- processes project governance andproject controlling.
- You are the goto personfor all technical quality and budget questions regarding yourprojects.
- International travel will berequired.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 yearsworking experience with an Automotive 1st tier supplier (ideallyglazing industry) or OEM in either technical key account salesproject management engineering or designdepartment
- You graduated in electric orautomotive engineering or own a similar technicaldegree
- Your financial acumen and an affinityfor numbers help you to manage your projects to the project budgetsthat you developed together with the relevantstakeholders
- You are reacting fast flexibly andeffectively to unforeseen situations can stand ambiguity and areresilient to stress
- Your excellentcommunication skills in the English language allow you tocoordinate and align internal departments (e.g. Engineering Qualityand Production) and external partners (e.
g. suppliers integrators)with the end customers (OEMs Tier 1) to meet theobjectives
